- You have not used more than 10% of your allocated resources
- Your account is in good standing
- You have not violated our Terms and Conditions
- The request is made within 7 days of the initial payment
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- After the 7-day refund window has expired
- If you have used more than 10% of your allocated resources
- For domain registration or custom SSL certificate fees
- For add-on services or third-party integrations
- If your account has been terminated for policy violations
- For partial months of subscription (no prorated refunds)

6. Service Credits
In certain situations, instead of a refund, we may offer service credits that can be used for future subscription periods. This is at our sole discretion and will be communicated to you.
7. Payment Gateway Refunds
Refunds are processed through Razorpay. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank's processing time, which may take additional 5-7 business days after we initiate the refund.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the unused portion of the billing period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
9. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service:
- Contact our support team immediately
- We will work to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours
- If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit
